Steps to configure cPanel email account in your Android Phone
Step 1: Navigate to the applications on your phone and open Email App.
Step 2: Enter the email address and password of your cPanel email account. After that click on “Manual Step” button instead of “Next” button.
Step 3: Now on this screen you need to select the type of the account you want. Now it is recommended that you select IMAP because if you choose to select POP3 account then all the emails will get downloaded to your mobile and will be removed from the cPanel server. Thus you will not be able to access it using cPanel or any other email client.

Step 4: Now on this screen you to enter few more details. For IMAP server, enter the email domain for your cPanel email account. In security type, select “SSL/TLS” so that port number automatically added correctly. Leave the IMAP path prefix as blank. Once done, slide down to click on next button.
Step 5: In this step, you need to enter the server information. In the SMTP server field, enter the subdomain of your cPanel email account. As in previous step, select the security type as “SSL/TLS” which will again set the correct port number automatically. Select the “Require sign-in” check box. Once done, click on the next button.
Step 6: In this step, you are going to setup email preferences like inbox checking frequency, notification frequency and so on. Choose according to your need. Once done, click on the Next button.
Step 7: In this step you need to enter your account name and display name to setup. Once done, click on the Next button.
Congratulations! You have successfully configured a cPanel email account on your mobile phone. Now you can check and send emails using your cPanel email account on the fly. No need to log into cPanel from a Laptop/PC.
